Abstract
We describe a multiprobe colorimeter that permits the reading of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ELISA) in situ, by use of microhemagglutination plates. The use of dipping probes eliminates interference from meniscus effects and air-bubble entrapment. Detailed validation tests have been done and potential sources of inaccuracy identified. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
