Abstract
A comparative study of the number of circulating basophil and eosinophil leucocytes in man failed to reveal a numerical correlation between the 2 cell types. 128 samples from 82 subjects were studied. Administration of corticotropin caused a reduction in the number of circulating basophils similar to but less than the reduction in the number of circulating eosinophils. Keywords
