ORGANIZATION CLIMATE IN NURSING HOMES: ITS IMPACT ON NURSING LEADERSHIP AND PATIENT CARE.

Abstract
A structural model was developed to estimate the extent and manner that administrators and nursing supervisors influenced staff members in twenty five nursing homes. The results indicated that the staff's job performance and attitudes, as well as the supervisor's leadership influence, varied significantly depending on the organization climate in different homes.
