Abstract
In two ‘aboriginal’ Swedish families twenty‐one members out of 82 investigated presented unequivocal signs of β–thalassaemia minor. The diagnostic significance of different characteristic haematological signs is discussed, and it is concluded that an increased Hb A2 concentration is the most discriminative criterion. This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
