Abstract
Reflectivity spectra of single crystals were measured from 2.0 to 6.6 eV through the whole range of mole fraction at room temperature. The variation of the band gaps such as the , , , and with is reported. The , , and gaps exhibit spin-orbit splitting. The lowest gap shows a minimum in energy at . The minimum value is 2.13 eV.
