Abstract
There are detectable amounts of prolactin (PRL) in unextracted urine. The urinary excretion of PRL appears to be greater in men than in women, greater in C3H/St mice than in C57BL/St. It is suggested that in certain situations measuring the hormone in urine may provide useful information. Keywords
