Abstract
Diethyl dihydroxystilbene diphosphate as well as its mother-substance diethyl dihydroxystilbene raise the level of Zn in the prostate of the rat. Estradiol dipropionate shows no such effect. The significance of these findings for an interpretation of the antitumor action of stilbene derivatives in the prostate is discussed. Keywords
