Abstract
Time-series regression of successive aggregate data has been used widely to explore relationships between substance use and harm, or to measure effects of policy interventions. This paper suggests minimal standards to conduct such analyses with respect to validity and reliability of underlying data, statistical techniques and requirements and interpretation of results.Keywords
