Abstract
A new allergen with pI in the 6.0 region was obtained from the perienteric fluid of Ascaris suum through isoelectric focusing techniques. This new allergen shows strong allergenicity, at a concentration of 10––9μg/ml, in rats passively sensitized with the reaginic antiserum produced against Ascaris perienteric fluid. Keywords
