Abstract
A modification of the author's earlier version of the neutrino theory of photons is presented. A composite-photon distribution is obtained which is similar enough to Planck's distribution to satisfy experimental results. Linearly polarized photon operators are constructed and the theory is shown to describe truly neutral photons, thus removing an objection that had been raised against the earlier version by Berezinskii. Keywords
