Abstract
An integrated circuit current source, which gives a low temperature coefficient (TC) of the reference current, was developed and analysed. Conditions for minimizing the TC were calculated theoretically: the circuit was simulated with the computer program, SPICE and an experimental breadboard using integrated transistor arrays was used to confirm the predicted results. Keywords
