Abstract
Electrical stimulation of crossed olivocochlear bandles resulted in increase of the positive summating potential in response to high-frequency tone bursts when the summating potential was recorded in the basal turn of the cochlea in anesthetized and immobilized guinea pigs. Strychnine locally applied suppressed the changes of the summating potential. Keywords
