Abstract
Report of a case with nonmalignant multiple meningiomas at different levels (supratentorial and spinal) of the cerebromedullary axis. Literature is reviewed for epidemiological, clinical and pathophysiological features of such tumors. The possibility of multifocal intra- and extracranial growth of benign meningiomas should be remembered when patients with changing neurological findings are examined postoperatively. Keywords
