Abstract
It is shown that in the presence of a marginal zone, which is free of corpuscles and which has a width independent of the tube radius, the existence in the central zone of unsheared laminae of finite thickness, which also is independent of the tube radius, tends to increase rather than decrease the apparent viscosity when the radius of the tube becomes smaller.Keywords
