Abstract
To the Editor: The cause of sudden-infant-death syndrome is still unexplained1 and is probably multifactorial.2 , 3 We wish to report on a patient initially diagnosed as having this syndrome and who exhibited abnormal feeding and electrocardiographic irregularities during study of neonatal sucking behavior. Autopsy findings in the cardiac-conduction system were consistent with the Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome, type A.Baby 1, a girl weighing 3995 g, was born to a 22-year-old gravida II, para I mother after an uneventful pregnancy.
