Abstract
A case of hydrops fetalis caused by massive fetomaternal hemorrhage was initially successfully treated by intrauterine intravascular transfusion. Unexplained intrauterine death occurred 2 weeks afterwards. The investigation of fetomaternal hemorrhage by fetal blood sampling and the management are discussed. This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
