ULTRASTRUCTURAL ACROSOMAL DEFECTS IN SPERMATOZOA FROM A HEAT EXPOSING MAN

Abstract

A case of primary sterility resulting from professional heat exposure and abuse of warm baths is presented, along with the spermatozoa ultrastructural morphology. Same type of acrosomal malformations were observed in spermatozoa following experimental scrotal heating. These abnormalities appear to produce sterility in this case.
