Evolving pneumopericardium

Abstract
A 38-year-old man who was admitted with peptic ulcer developed sudden onset dyspnoea and chest pain associated with hypotension and tachypnoea. Precordial examination showed faint heart sound with succussion splash and metallic tinkling sounds.
