Abstract
Tenfold purification of the [beta]-esterase of bovine milk has been obtained by absorption of the enzyme on a Mg(OH)2 suspension, followed by decomposition of the Mg(OH)2 to a soluble carbonate with CO2 under pressure and removal of ions by dialysis.This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
