Abstract
The clinical and pathological features of 2 patients with diverticulosis confined to the right side of the colon are described. This is extremely rare in persons of Caucasian origin but seems to be the most common type of diverticulosis in certain Oriental races. More information about the epidemiology of the different varieties of diverticular disease of the colon is required in order to clarify the environmental factors involved. Keywords
