Abstract
The frequency of mutant‐specific cytotoxic T lymphocyte precursors (CTL‐P) has been analyzed in several mouse strains. While H‐2 antigens of responder strains have a limited influence on the frequency of major H antigen‐specific CTL‐P, the frequency of mutant‐specific CTL‐P can be equally as high in unrelated and related strains. In general, the frequency does not reflect the closeness of kinship between stimulator and responder. Keywords
