Abstract
A method is presented for the simultaneous measurement of ATP and its UV-asborbing degradation products by reversed-phase liquid chromatography using tetrabutylammonium phosphate as an ion-pair agent. The method is suitable for the measurement of these compounds in isolated smooth muscle. This publication has 10 references indexed in Scilit:
