Abstract
Standardized assessment of anorexia nervosa (AN) is essential in research and can dramatically enhance clinical practice as well. This article highlights conceptual and practical considerations pertaining to the establishment and administration of an assessment battery for AN. Commonly utilized assessment measures are described briefly, and recommendations for advancing assessment of AN are provided. © 2005 by Wiley Periodicals, Inc.Keywords
