Abstract
Psychological and organic factors may interact in the impairment of erectile capacity. This interaction must be considered in the accurate assessment of the extent of organic defect and the choice of psychological approaches for treatment of diabetic men with erectile disorders. Psychosexual evaluation must be done to select patients for penile prosthetic implantation. Keywords
