Abstract
Six patients [neonates] were examined with high-resolution, real-time ultrasound following Rammstedt pyloromyotomy for hypertrophic pyloric stenosis. At surgery, the pyloric muscle thickness was .gtoreq. 4 mm, diameter .gtoreq. 13 mm and length .gtoreq. 19 mm. Sequential sonograms showed that all 3 measurements fell to normal levels within 6 wk.This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
