Abstract
This paper is concerned with linear networks which contain time-varying resistors, inductors, and capacitors. The statevariables formulation is used to describe the general circuit. General sufficient conditions for Liapunov stability are derived in terms of the network parameters and the incidence submatrices of the graph. Keywords
