Abstract
Further investigation of the mesomorphism of hydrogen bonded complexes formed between alkoxystilbazoles and benzenedicarboxylic acids has led to a reinterpretation of the phase behaviour. We have found unexpectedly that the most stable complex is at an equimolar ratio.Keywords
