Abstract
The ground-state solution of the physical nucleon problem in the Tomonaga approximation is used to compute the anomalous magnetic moment of nucleons. When computed on the basis of parameters that make the phase shift calculations in the Tomonaga approximation consistent with meson-nucleon scattering data, the values obtained are +1.48 for the proton and -1.48 for the neutron. Keywords
