Abstract
A factor analysis with a Varimax rotation of the initial solution was applied to a system of 27 dental and cranial measurements in the house mouse. Five common “factors” were identified with respect to the 27 variables. These factors in decreasing order of their contribution to the total variation, were width, anterior length, posterior length, skull and M3. The proportion of the total variance accounted for by the total communality was 73.99%.This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
