A System of Clinical Chemical Analysis

Abstract
A system of analysis has been presented for the determination of glucose, urea N, chloride, sodium, and potassium, using 1.0 ml. of serum. The centrifugate of the barium hydroxide-zinc sulfate deproteinization is utilized for all analyses. The system is readily adaptable to large-scale operations.Keywords
