Abstract
The following are summaries of papers presented at a joint meeting of the Oils and Fats Group and the Meat Panel of the Food Group of the Society of Chemical Industry, and partly supported by the National Renderers Association Inc (Brussels). It was held on 9–10 October 1980 at the Society of Chemical Industry, 14 Belgrave Square, London SW1X 8PS.
