Abstract
The polysaccharide was prepared from histoplasmin by precipitation of the protein with glacial acetic acid and purification of the polysaccharide by repeated precipitation with ethyl alcohol at 5 C. It was free from protein. Skin reactions were obtained on guinea pigs inoculated with Histoplasma capsulatum and with Blastomyces dermatitidis. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
