Abstract
We report the case of a 19-year-old man with inguinal lymphadenopathy caused by metallic debris from the loosening of a prosthesis inserted after tumour resection. Large amounts of wear debris may be released from such massive replacements, and surgeons should be aware of the range of possible adverse effects. Keywords
