Abstract
The visual method of assessing the quality of semen, in use at Artificial Insemination Centres, has been compared with assessments based on measurements of impedance change frequency (I.C.F.) on the same samples. Analysis of the results shows that I.C.F. measurements could probably be substituted for visual assessments at A.I. Centres, without conception rates being adversely affected. Keywords
