Abstract
For pt. I. see ibid., Vol.6, 1695, (1972). The framework developed in pt. I is applied to scattering problems. Relativistic continuum-continuum transitions are calculated as an overlap of scattering states by group-theoretical techniques. Relativistic bound continuum transitions (photo- effect) are calculated by the same methods and non-relativistic reductions are derived.Keywords
