Abstract
A life history study was made. There is but one generation annually and the adults appear in May and June. The greatest amount of injury results from the attack of the newly hatched larvae on the developing fruit in late summer. Up to 40-50% of the fruit may be injured. Field expts. over 3 yrs. showed that parathion and DDD will give excellent control with not more than 2 applications per season. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
