Abstract
The genus Ototylomys is revised taxonomically. One species and three subspecies are recognized. Generic and intraspecific relationships are analyzed and discussed. Size and color of venter seem related to altitude or differential gene flow between populations. Ecologie and zoogeographic factors influencing distribution of Ototylomys are discussed. Keywords
