Abstract
A modification of the microchromatographic procedure for Hb-A2 which utilizes DEAE-cellulose (Reference 1) allows the quantitation of Hb-A2 without interference from any Hb-S in the sample. Elution of Hb-A2 with a glycine-KCN developer is much less sensitive to minor change in pH of the developer, but is greatly dependent on the pH of the ion exchanger. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
