Cardiocutaneous Syndrome Continued

Abstract
To the Editor: In February of this year we had the opportunity to evaluate a young woman with diffuse lentigo who was shown to have hypertrophic subaortic and subpulmonic stenosis. A brief case history follows to emphasize that this unusual cardiocutaneous syndrome may occur in a sporadic fashion and that the systolic murmur may indeed represent significant organic heart disease.A 22-year-old woman was admitted to the University Hospital for evaluation of cardiomegaly and a heart murmur present since birth. In recent years her activity had not been restricted, and extremes of exertion had produced only minimal dyspnea and tachycardia. . . .
