Abstract
Cytoplasmic glutathione peroxidase (GPx) activity was consistently greater in bovine corneal endothelium compared to bovine corneal epithelium and whole lens. Freezing reduced the activity in all tissues examined. Triton X-100 increased GPx activity in the presence of sodium azide, but had no significant effects in its absence. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
