Abstract
Absolute differential cross sections of electrons scattered by the rare gases He, Ne, Ar, Kr, and Xe were measured between 2° and 30° at 200, 300, 400, 500, and 700 eV. The results for He are compared with experimental and theoretical results from other laboratories, and serious discrepancies are found to exist between the data reported by various laboratories. Keywords
