Abstract
Methyl thiocyanate and HCN were about equally toxic to Chrysomphalus aurantii when compared on a molecular equivalent basis. In comparative tests on albino rats, cones, of methyl thiocyanate (on a molecular basis) about 10 times as great as those of HCN were required to kill the animals in a given period of time. Methyl thiocyanate proved to be more injurious to young citrus trees than HCN.This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
