Abstract
A case is reported of nodular lymphocyte predominant Hodgkin's disease arising 13 years after the removal of a lymph node from the same site which showed marked progressive transformation of germinal centres. The morphological evidence for a histogenetic relationship between the two conditions is presented and discussed. Keywords
