The State of AID [Brexit state aid]

Abstract
The article takes a look at how the UK government's policy towards industrial state aid might be affected by the predicted drop in foreign investment as a result of Brexit. It then compares the UK's policy with that of the US and the EU, highlighting R&D focused state aid. The article deals with the following subjects: research and development, government policies, public finance, small-to-medium enterprises, venture capital, defence industry, economic indicators and international finance.
