Abstract
An XXXXY sex chromosome abnormality in 2 male children is described The data from these cases and those obtained from 5 other cases in the literature suggest that the XXXXY patient probably has congenital defects not usually observed in the common form of Kline-felter''s syndrome. These include (1) skeletal abnormalities, (2) hypogenitalism, and (3) greater risk of severe mental deficiency. Keywords
