Abstract
Rapid detection of Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) using a separated electrode piezoelectric crystal sensor was reported in this paper. This method is simple, rapid and sensitive compared with other methods. Factors which affect determination were discussed and S. aureus over a range of 10–107 cells/ml can be detected by proposed method. Keywords
