Abstract
Intracellular imbalances of dCTP produce both T----C transitions and an unusual class of transversions (A----C) at the aprt locus of CHO cells. Our data suggest that this transversion pathway is the consequence of dCTP:T mispairs which are not efficiently proofread during DNA replication. This publication has 24 references indexed in Scilit:
