Abstract
When different types of traps were used in field cages to capture male pink bollworms, Pectinophora gossypiella (Saunders), traps equipped with a lighted blacklight lamp and baited with sex attractant were the most effective. A modified Frick trap suspended horizontally was as attractive as a similar trap suspended at 45°. Calcium cyanide was not repellent when it was used as a killing agent in traps baited with the sex attractant. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
