Abstract
Fetal liver length was measured by ultrasound in 14 pregnancies with twin-twin transfusion syndrome. The liver size was increased above normal values in both the donor (small) and recipient (large) twin. The liver length was significantly greater than in a control group of dichorionic twin pregnancies with discordant growth. Measurement of liver length may be useful in diagnosing twin-twin transfusion syndrome. Keywords
