Abstract
A scanning electron microscope examination of matrix stones, which were obtained from a 27 mo. old Japanese boy with congenital hydronephrosis, revealed a rough fibrous net structure with small depositions of calcium phosphate. Fibrous matrix may be the primary constituent, and the matrix stone may be the consequence of Ca deposition to it.This publication has 7 references indexed in Scilit:
